She was with us every step of the way, dealing with realtors to make appointments for us to see houses, offering us advice on whether the properties would be a good investment and whether we would be comfortable living there. We found buying a home challenging in this rapidly turning over market. In the end she found a wonderful property, arranged for us to see it as soon as it went on the market, and gave us sound advice on how to have our offer accepted from among the other offers. Once we decided to make our purchase, she negotiated with the seller's realtor on our behalf, always representing our best interests. She recommended an excellent home inspector, dependable real estate lawyer, and trustworthy people to help us maintain our new home. She is patient, dependable, and trustworthy.
